We set out to build a neighborhood restaurant that cooks at a higher level than a neighborhood restaurant has to.
THE FOOD
Modern Tex-Mex, made in house, every day. Fajitas hit the table still sizzling, straight off the flattop. Birria simmered low and slow. Ribeye tacos. Fresh-ground salsas, hot tortillas — nothing sits under a lamp waiting for you. We'd rather cook a shorter menu well than a long one badly.
This is the part we're hardest on ourselves about. A quick greeting. A drink in front of you before you've settled on dinner. Someone who can tell you what's actually good tonight — and mean it. The check comes when you want it, not when it's convenient for us. And if we get something wrong, we fix it without making you ask twice.
THE SERVICE
We want to be your spot — the place you bring your parents on a Tuesday and your friends on a Saturday, the one you stop thinking about because you already know it'll be good. Nobody gets to claim that about themselves. You decide it, one visit at a time.
